All of the above is a Choice! With the support of your Coach, these are choices you can make!

How Does Life Coaching For Food Addiction Work?
Typically, coaching is conducted over the phone, in the privacy of your own home or office.
All of our A WEIGH OUT Life Coaches are professionals in either the behavioral
health and/or health and wellness field. Following an introductory
phone call with an A WEIGH OUT staff person, a client is matched
with a Coach who has the skill-base the client needs. Client and
Coach will then talk. If that goes well, the two will decide to
work together.
Coaching
Fees
The$250-includes 4-half hour Coaching Sessions per month, intake packet, prep sheets, and Coach's preparation time.
(Clients may choose to do 3-forty minute calls per month or 2-hour long calls instead, whichever length best fits his/her learning style. The Client is responsible for any long-distance phone charges)
Notes
*Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching is appropriate for stress eaters, compulsive overeaters and emotional eaters who do not have this problem to the degree of a diagnosable eating disorder. People with eating disorders should seek treatment with an Eating Disorders Psychotherapist.
*Coach/Client match is determined through an initial phone assessment, based on Client's goals.
